eInstruction fix for Windows 10
For issues with eInstruction on Windows 10 follow the instructions below to resolve.
Install the latest version of Workspace and follow the steps below to update the Device Manager:
- Go to (C:)/Program Files (x86)/ eInstruction / Device Manager and click on “unclient.exe”
- The DM will update and you will be prompted to reboot the computer for the changes to take effect.
- This should allow the DM to start and work with Windows 10.
